This is a PET lotion bottle. We have designed three capacities for this bottle type – 40ml, 80ml and 120ml. Additionally, we have also provided a matching 60g cream jar to meet different product requirements.
The amber-colored bottle design effectively protects ingredients that are sensitive to light, such as serums, essential oils, and creams. The PET material is lightweight, shock-resistant, safe, and environmentally friendly, meeting the practical and compliance requirements of cosmetic packaging.
There are different manufacturing options available, including glossy finish, matte finish and frosted finish. In addition to amber color, we can also customize transparent color, translucent color and solid color to meet different requirements.
The screw neck design makes it easy to fill and is reusable, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective. The 40ml small capacity is usually used for filling essence liquids, which is convenient for travel. The 80ml and 120ml sizes are suitable for home use. The 60g jar can be used for filling both facial cream and eye cream, and it can also hold creamy substances such as exfoliating cream and gel cream.
It has Spray pump and Lotion pump two pump for you to choose. whether lotion pump or mist spray we all can custom colors . out cover cap it can effectively prevent dust, and is hygienic and safe.
PP Spray Pump: The spray output is fine and uniform, suitable for liquid products such as toner and setting lotion;
PP Lotion Pump: The output is stable when pressed, suitable for semi-liquid products such as essence and lotion;
The accompanying components include an MS transparent outer cover (with a smooth and elegant texture), an ABS inner cover (stable and durable), a PP straw (suitable for the depth of the bottle body), and a PP gasket (for sealing and preventing leakage). The entire chain ensures the practicality and sealing performance of the packaging.
