Our plastic bottle is made of high-transparency PET material. The transparent and colorless bottle has an extremely high light transmittance. This is a characteristic of PET material. Compared to glass, it is much lighter and less prone to breakage, with excellent pressure resistance.
As is well known, the chemical stability of PET is extremely good. It is resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis, oils, alcohol and some common organic solvents. Moreover, it is non-toxic, odorless, and free of BPA, and can come into direct contact with food and medicine. It is easy to imagine how safe a packaging material that meets food-grade standards is for the production of cosmetic bottles.
The large-diameter threaded bottle mouth design makes it convenient for filling the contents. The suction-type pump head is clean and convenient, with a small liquid extraction volume, and it is less likely to cause waste or contamination of the contents. The thickened bottom design not only enhances the appearance but also makes the bottle more stable and less likely to tip over. The flip cover design effectively protects the pump head and prevents dust from entering.
We have thoughtfully designed two filling capacities for this bottle shape, 300ml and 500ml, to meet different usage requirements. The 300ml capacity is commonly used for dispensing makeup remover, suitable for personal skincare and cleansing; while the 500ml large capacity can be used for both dispensing makeup remover and nail polish remover, and is usually used in beauty care stores, nail salons, etc.
Due to the high transparency of PET, the bottle body is usually made in transparent color. However, if the contents have specific requirements regarding light, we can also apply painting or electroplating as per the requirements. For the bottle body, we can also offer services such as screen printing, gold and silver stamping, and label application.
