Our JH-LWA35 serise Airless Bottle made of PP material. it is comes with a large diameter design, which is convenient for filling.

We have designed four capacity sizes for this  bottle, namely 30ml, 50ml, 100ml and 120ml,and the liquid output is 0.4 MT/L.

This bottle is composed of the bottle body, the vacuum inner plug, the snap ring and the vacuum pump. The buckle and pump are integrated into one design, making installation convenient. The large head and long mouth design makes it convenient to press and extract the liquid. Once the locking clip is tightened, it will not be possible to open it for a second filling. This significantly ensures the safety of the internal contents and prevents them from being contaminated again. Of course, his drawback is that he cannot be reused in a second instance.

The liquid or emulsion is squeezed under vacuum pressure. The vacuum seal rises from the bottom and the liquid is pumped out. This design can ensure the cleanliness of the materials to a greater extent, preventing contamination. At the same time, it can also effectively preserve the activity of the contents. The smooth and round bottle design is simple and practical in shape.

Before using this product again (when it is fully charged), the vacuum plug is located at the bottom. During use, the vacuum plug rises slowly. After use, the vacuum plug reaches the bottle mouth and there is no residue on the bottle wall.
