This is a product that is widely used on packaging for bath products, shampoo, and hair care items. We have designed multiple capacities for this product to meet various filling requirements.

We have designed two 250ml versions. One is a short and stout type, while the other is tall and slender, which can provide visual differences for the same product series. A capacity of 250ml is commonly used for the filling of hand sanitizers and hair conditioners. 280ml, 400ml and 500ml are commonly used for the filling of shampoo, body wash and body lotion.

The screw bottle neck design can be adapted to various accessories to meet different usage scenarios. We offer a variety of adapters, such as lotion pumps, disc top caps, cflip top cap and sprayers, etc.  The color of the accessories can be the conventional black and white tones, or it can be provided in the same color as the bottle body, or it can feature an electroplated aluminum ring design. Bottles can provide silkscreen printing、hot stamping、embossing、labeling、electroplating、soft touch finish etc.

For the bottle we provide color injection service, we support any pantone color, and bottles can be transparent、translucent color、opaque color、frosted、gradient ramp and so on.

Our bottle is made of high-quality PE material. PE is a material with strong chemical inertness, which does not react with the contents and can be recycled and reused, conforming to the concept of low-carbon and environmental protection. Compared to glass materials, it is lighter, more resistant to drops, has lower cost, and offers greater design flexibility.

Regarding the transformation of raw materials into products, we have strict quality control for every process. We will conduct tests under extremely harsh temperature and pressure conditions to evaluate the durability, strength, and performance of the products in Changping, ensuring that our customers receive satisfactory quality finished products.
